FIRST RESTAURANT IN 1991 - Charlies Great wall Restaurant As a food lover since as a kid; grandma, mother, and uncle rose us all to be food lover and know the basic of Chinese cooking. After training in a five-star hotel kitchen in China before came to Canada. Worked in various restaurants in Montreal and came to Lab west then worked in a local restaurant. In 1991, we founded the first Restaurant of our own in Lab west as “Charlies Great wall Restaurant”. Later became a well knew Chinese Buffet restaurant in Lab west for many years. Then we moved and transform to a Buffet and catering Restaurant in Lab west. In late 2011, we introduce the sushi portion with new sushi chef from Toronto in our restaurant and continue to be a successful food joint as “Sushilab” in this area, thanks for the effort of our hard-working staff also our understanding royal customers. Here we are, we aimed to bring our Restaurant to another level. Keep our customers with the best we could offer. (1)
